Australian Orders

The Bedbug uses Express Post as standard for all deliveries.

We offer a flat rate of $10.00 per 3kg or part thereof. Each product pages lists the item weight, so you may easily calculate the shipping cost for multiple items. Weights are listed in grams, so 3kg is equal to 3000g. Any orders over 12kg, please contact us on info@thebedbug.com.au.

International Orders

We are currently unable to ship internationally from this site.

Any international orders must be placed through our ebay store. Please contact us on cylie@thebedbug.com.au to place an international order.

Despatch

Orders are despatched daily, Monday-Friday. Any orders received on weekends will be despatched the following Monday.

If an item is unavailable for shipment on receipt of your order, we will contact you immediately before processing the remainder of your order.
