At The Bedbug we respect that the privacy of your personal information is paramount. All personal information held by The Bedbug is protected by strict security measures and is accessible only by The Bedbug staff.

Customer information is collected and stored on our database solely for the purpose of running our business; that is, processing orders, shipping and marketing.

You are under no obligation to provide personal information to us except for the above reasons at your own discretion. If at any time you wish to stop receiving information from The Bedbug, or wish to be removed from our database, please let us know and we will do so immediately. Please note that only customers who opt to receive newsletters will receive information outside of order fulfilment details from The Bedbug.

If at any time you wish to access the information maintained in your customer file, please send a signed written request to: The Bedbug, P.O. Box 113, Briar Hill VIC 3088.

Registered Customers
New customers are required to register with The Bedbug prior to placing an order.

When you register, we collect your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. This information is used to process your order, respond to any requests you make and to contact you if necessary. Your information is used solely by The Bedbug and is not released to any third party companies without your consent.

If you do not want us to store this information, please enter this into the comments field when registering, or contact us at any time after placing your order, and we will remove your details from the database once your order is complete. If you choose to do this, you will need to re-register each time you place an order and repeat this process.

Security

The Bedbug recognises that the security of your financial details is vital. All credit card details are processed by PayPal in a secure environment.

The Bedbug does not retain credit card details in our system at any time.

Please do not email us your credit card details, as this information will not be encrypted and thus not be a secure method of transmission.
